Jesús Uriarte. Chillida lanean

The Sala Artegunea of Kutxa Fundazioa, based in Tabakalera, presents Jesús Uriarte, Chillida Lanean, an exhibition that reveals the professional and personal relationship that photographer, Jesús Uriarte, maintained with Eduardo Chillida for more than 20 years. From the simplest drawings to the most monumental sculptures, Uriarte's photographs documented intimate and unprecedented aspects of his working process.

Curated by Jon Uriarte, the exhibition starts with 4 fundamental materials in the career of the Gipuzkoan artist: paper, clay, steel and concrete. Jesús Uriarte's photos show the places, times and people involved in each, as well as the closeness of their friendship and continued collaboration over time.
