Eduardo Chillida. 100 years

The Lenbur Fundazioa, in collaboration with Legazpi Town Council, aims to highlight the iron industry as a symbol of the cultural identity of the well-known Iron Valley, where museums and centres linking this industry with art can be found, such as Chillida Lantoki.

On the occasion of the centenary of the birth of Eduardo Chillida, they have developed a complete programme during 2024 and 2025 that includes special visits to the Ferrería Mirandaola, Chillida Lantoki and Chillida Leku, with exhibitions, concerts and art workshops inspired by Eduardo Chillida for schools and families, with music and dance activities—Work it out at Chillida Lantoki (ERIH)—, conferences, a film series, as well as tributes to the Legazpiarra workers who contributed to the execution of the sculptures with Eduardo.
