The Encounter - Space, Form and Matter

Erentia and HopefullyArt, in collaboration with the Eduardo Chillida - Pilar Belzunce Foundation, are organising a chara that will explore the intersection between the work of Eduardo Chillida and contemporary architecture, exploring in depth how the concepts of emptiness, form and materiality, so present in the work of the Basque sculptor, have influenced contemporary architectural practice. The meeting will include the participation of Mikel Chillida, the artist's grandson and an expert on his legacy, and Ensamble Estudio, a renowned team of architects whose work engages in a fascinating dialogue with Chillida's fundamental principles.
