Eduardo Chillida. The space of things

23 years after Chillida's work visited Chile, the Catholic University of Santiago de Chile is bringing back the sculptor's works to offer a new reading of his work as well as to celebrate his centenary. This new exhibition brings together the fragility of gravitations, his search for perfection through his series of hands, his passion for books and a selection of studies, models and documentation of his public work. The collection of works brings visitors closer to the essential thesis that Chillida develops through his work and his ability to generate spaces and mould materials beyond the sculptural and physical logic that tradition has attributed to them.
